Erbium-doped Fiber In-Line Amplifier for C-band
Design Tools
Erbium-doped Fiber Line Amplifier (abbreviated as LA Amplifier) is a dedicated optical power amplifier product used for line relay in fiber laser or fiber communication systems. It combines the advantages of both PA (Pre-Amplifier) and BA (Booster Amplifier) amplifiers, providing high gain for small signals and high output power. It features high gain, high launch power, and low noise, making it suitable for use between fiber segments to increase relay length or in the corresponding point-to-multipoint section of optical access networks to compensate for branching loss.
