The PI-MAX 4 is an intensified CCD (ICCD) camera system with ultrafast optical gating capability down to <500 ps. The image intensifier provides optical gains up to 10,000× for extreme low-light detection, while the gating enables time-resolved imaging and spectroscopy. Available in ICCD and emICCD (electron-multiplying) configurations. The SuperSynchro timing generator provides <30 ps insertion delay jitter for precise synchronization.
