High-load Vertical Translation Stage LDT102

The high-load vertical translation stage from LBTEK utilizes an oversized lead screw coupled with two 38 mm diameter guiding shafts to deliver exceptional load capacity and stability. This stage offers both coarse and fine adjustment: the coarse adjustment allows rapid positioning along the full 102 mm travel range when the stainless steel button is pressed, with a location pin to engage/disengage this function, while the fine adjustment is achieved via a knurled handwheel (1.3 mm/revolution precision) and features a built-in location handle. The translation stage base includes an array of M6 and M4 mounting holes for direct optomechanical component mounting or integration with MBB series breadboards to create extended surfaces for full optical system vertical adjustment. The base incorporates M6 mounting slots for flexible installation on optical tables or breadboards (see "Assembly" tab). Each purchase includes four M6 socket head cap screws and a 5 mm short-arm hex key.
