The CAP-2 adapter plate provided by LBTEK features a flat key on the upper part for connecting with the FSV1 series fiber optic clamps. It is designed for use with the five-axis stainless steel fiber optic translation stages FCSS-L5 or FCSS-R5 in conjunction with fiber optic clamps. The adapter plate includes 12 M3 threaded holes for mounting fiber optic clamps and can be secured using the included M4 screws.
